While the show and the interviews in general are good - i dont like the format. Can you not include the guest from the beginning...when you talk about news and other such stuff? Its often intimidating for guests...esp. if they are professionals - to get included and nod to your silly "what do you think?" kinda questions...all good podcasts start like this - They first introduce themselves for new comers, give their spiel about news and such, and introduce the host and get on with a previously recorded conversation. I think this works good...
Just my 2 cents.
